Production & Handcrafting Times

  • Handcrafted Quality: Every pair of shoes and custom accessory is meticulously handcrafted in Italy to ensure the highest level of quality and luxury finish.

  • Production Time: Please allow 6 to 12 business days for handcrafting, assembly, and quality inspection before your order is dispatched for shipping.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

  • United States (Standard Shipping):

    • Cost: FREE on all US orders.

    • Estimated Transit Time: 15 to 21 business days (includes full order tracking).

  • International Shipping:

    • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international destinations outside the US are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your handcrafted order is completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to register with the carrier.
