At Humble Drip Collection, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including custom boxes and tags).

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at checkout (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard returns or size exchanges.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the issue and cover all return shipping fees to replace or refund your item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return shipping address.

  3. Package your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping carrier.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are excluded from the total refund amount.
